英国的工作签证好弄吗？
工作签一般分为两类，Tier 2 和 Tier 5。 Tiers 是 Immigration Routes 的意思(移民路线)；而 2/5 分别是 Work and Student Route的缩写。 在英国留学期间想留在英国实习或者找到工作的话就要办tier 5。 如果毕业后要留在英国工作就要办 tier 2了。 因为我是在英国读完书后找工作留下的， 所以只办过 tier 2.
Tier 2 visa (T2) is a skilled worker's route to settle in the UK， requiring sponsorship by an approved sponsor under the terms of Tier 2 of the Points Based System. In order to meet these requirements you need：
An offer for employment from an employer who has been approved as a Tier 2 Sponsor; or a job with an employer that doesn't have this approval but will apply on your behalf before you start work;
A qualifying qualification at bachelor’s， master’s or PhD level obtained no more than three years before your application was made;
Proof that your salary meets the minimum required £30，000 per year （for some jobs）， plus the government immigration health surcharge (£624 per year);
A criminal record check;
Evidence that all applicable visa conditions are met， including sufficient funds. Tier 2 also requires employers to pay certain fees when submitting their applications： An annual fee covering five years employment， which can be paid up front or monthly over five years， depending on the duration of employment offered The Home Office Immigration Skills Charge for each migrant entering the UK The Annual Fee to renew a Tier 2 Visa if needed A Public Fund Charge for Tier 2 Migrants earning above RMB189，778 per annum The public fund charge covers any costs associated with finding alternative accommodation should the Tier 2 Sponsored Worker currently living in state funded housing lose their place whilst applying for indefinite leave to remain， such as temporary boarding arrangements during the period of re-housing. It does not cover rent until they obtain private housing. If the individual earns less than RM189，778 per annum then it only covers the cost of food， transport and clothing up to standard.
